What Perimtr is

Perimtr is a neighbourhood intelligence service for Toronto addresses. For a given address, we assemble a structured report from 14 active public data sources and return a PDF. The report covers crime, fire, permits, 311 service requests, schools, transit, cycling infrastructure, street trees, heritage, parking, and proximity to civic amenities.

We do not produce scores. We do not rank neighbourhoods. We do not infer sentiment, social character, or desirability. Every number in a report comes from a named, public, government source.

Who can use Perimtr

Perimtr is currently available to Toronto-area real estate professionals through an early-access programme. Access is granted on a per-account basis. Accounts are not transferable.

Coverage

Perimtr covers Toronto addresses only. An address must resolve to a point within the City of Toronto boundary to generate a report. Addresses outside Toronto — including the 905 region — are not supported.

Coverage is limited to addresses present in Toronto's official address registry (525,000+ points). If an address does not resolve, no report is generated and no credit is consumed.

Reports and credits

Each report generation consumes one credit from your account. Credits are non-refundable once a report has been successfully generated. A report is considered successfully generated when a PDF is written and made available for download.

Early-access accounts receive 3 complimentary credits on join. No payment card is required to join the early-access programme.

Data currency

Each data source refreshes on its own schedule (weekly, quarterly, or annual — see the Methodology page for the full table). A report reflects the state of each source at the time of generation. Reports are not updated after generation. If you need current data, generate a new report.

Permitted use

Reports may be used for your own professional due diligence and shared with clients in the context of a specific transaction. You may not:

Privacy

Perimtr does not collect personal information about the residents of addresses queried. All data in reports is sourced from public government datasets and pertains to locations, not individuals. We retain your account email address and a log of reports generated under your account for operational purposes.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

In plain language. You get a PDF of public data for a Toronto address. Don't resell it as a product. Don't bulk-run it. We don't score people or places. Everything in the report is from a government source we name explicitly.
