Perimtr does not produce composite scores, safety ratings, desirability indices, or any other single-number summary of a neighbourhood or address. The report presents raw counts and rates from verified public sources. Interpretation is the reader's responsibility.
Neighbourhood boundaries used in this report are Toronto's 158 official neighbourhood polygons published by the City of Toronto. These boundaries are administrative constructs and do not reflect colloquial neighbourhood names or subjective community definitions.
The Neighbourhood Read section (§06) is generated by an AI language model (Claude, by Anthropic) from the structured data in the report. Every number and place name in the narrative is sourced verbatim from the underlying data. The model is instructed not to invent statistics, infer trends, or introduce information not present in the structured data. When generation fails, a fallback notice is shown and all structured data remains unaffected.
